The meaning of "A H"A motorcycle officer stops a man for running a red light. The guy is a real jerk and comes running back to the motor officer. The violator demands to know why he is being harassed by the Gestapo! So the officer calmly tells him of the red light violation. The "Motorist" instantly goes on a tirade, questioning the officer's ancestry, sexual orientation, etc., in rather explicit terms. The officer, being a professional, takes it all in stride, figuring "battleship mouth and rowboat ass".The tirade goes on without the cop saying anything. When he gets done with writing the citation he puts an "AH" in the lower right corner of the narrative portion of the citation. He then hands it to the "Violator" for his signature. The guy signs the cite angrily, tearing the paper, and when presented his copy points to the "AH" and demands to know what it stands for. The officer then removes his mirrored sunglasses, gets in the middle of the guy's face and said, "That's so when we go to court, I'll remember you're an asshole!"Three months later they are in court. The "Violator" has such a bad record he is about to lose his license and has hired an attorney to represent him. On the stand the officer testifies to seeing the man run the red light. Under cross-examination, the defense attorney asks, "Officer, is this a reasonable facsimile of the citation you issued my client?"Officer responds, "Yes sir, this is the defendant's copy, his signature and mine, same number at the top." Attorney: "Officer, is there any particular marking or notation on this citation you don't normally make?"Officer: "Yes sir, in the lower right corner of the narrative there is an 'AH', underlined."Attorney: "What does the AH stand for, officer?"Officer? "Aggressive and Hostile, Sir."Attorney: "Aggressive and hostile?"Officer: "Yes, Sir?"Attorney: "Officer, are you sure it doesn't stand for Asshole?"Officer: "Well, Sir, you know your client better than I do."
I recently picked a new primary care doctor. After two visits and exhaustive lab tests, he said I was doing "fairly well" for my age.A little concerned about that comment, I couldn't resist asking him, "Do you think I'll live to be 80?"He asked, "Do you smoke tobacco, or drink beer or wine?" "Oh no," I replied. I'm not doing drugs, either!"Then he asked, "Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?" I said, No, my former doctor said that all red meat is very unhealthy!""Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, sailing, hiking, or bicycling?" "No, I don't," I said.He asked, "Do you gamble, drive fast cars, or have a lot of sex?" "No," I said. "I don't do any of those things."He looked at me and said, "Then, why do you even care?
Three aspiring psychiatrists, from three universities, were attending their first class on emotional extremes."Just to establish some parameters." said the professor to the student from University of Tennessee, "What is the opposite of joy?""Sadness'" said the student."And the opposite of depression?" he asked the young lady from University of Memphis."Elation," she said."And you, sir," he said to the student from University of Arkansas, "How about the opposite of woe?"The student replied, "Sir, I believe that would be giddy up."

Britney Spears is writing a book
Britney Spears is allegedly planning to lift the lid on exes Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline in a tell-all book.
The singer is said to be "hurt and angry" about her failed relationships and is now set to exorcise her demons by naming the people "who did me wrong" in a sizzling autobiography.
A source told America's Star magazine: "Britney blames most of her problems with drugs and alcohol on the heartache she experienced years before, during her time with Justin - she couldn't trust him. I hear she's going to say she believes he constantly lied to her about other girls and that destroyed her self-esteem. She also felt he became mean toward the end of their relationship, she said he called her fat and told her she'd need to lose weight before he would have sex with her. When Justin learns about this book, he's going to be p***ed."
Sources also claim the book may reveal the singer and mother-of-two contemplated suicide when she realised husband Kevin Federline was using her for fame and money.
The book will also allegedly expose Britney's mother, 51-year-old Lynne, as the person she blames the most for everything that has gone wrong in her life.

Half grass / half clay tennis court cost 1.63 millionOne is the king of grass, the other the king of clay. On Wednesday, Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal will be king of both.Four-time Wimbledon champion Federer plays two-time French Open winner Nadal in an exhibition on a customized half-clay, half-grass court on this Spanish island.Organizers needed 19 days and $1.63 million to create the court, which divides the surfaces by halves for a unique match in which a player can receive on clay and hit a winner on grass -- or vice versa.
"The result is not the most important thing. It's about having fun out there," the top-ranked Federer said. "It's going to be exciting and a good atmosphere. It doesn't always need to be crazy serious out on the match courts." A sellout crowd of nearly 7,000 is expected at the Palma Arena for the match, which is backed by the Balearic Islands tourism bureau.source HEREEdit (7th May) - Nadal pipped Federer in this exhibition match.
insurance/accident-wise, that is....can't really quantify overall skill when it comes to driving though...
Study shows statistically, women are better drivers (caveat) than menMen are ruder, meaner and more likely to crash while driving than women, a survey has found. According to insurance company AAMI, 55 per cent of the men surveyed also admitted to drink driving, compared to 30 per cent of women. The statistics, based on a telephone survey of 2384 drivers and AAMI claims data collected last year, revealed that men are more likely to act aggressively behind the wheel. The study found that 47 per cent of men and 38 per cent of women have rudely gestured at other drivers. And 84 per cent of men have crashed their vehicle, compared to 77 per cent of women. “Our claims data shows that men's crashes tend to be more serious than women’s,” AAMI spokesman Geoff Hughes said.“They are more likely to be involved in head-on collisions, roll-overs and loss-of-control crashes, as well as crashes involving pedestrians, cyclists and animals.” Women are more likely to be involved in relatively minor crashes such as reversing into stationary objects.“Women use more parts of their brain to undertake tasks and furthermore, differences in men's and women's neurological processing can advantage women. However, the female brain is not as good at spatial relationships, so it is not surprising that they strike stationery objects more frequently than men.”The survey also revealed that:– 51 per cent of men have been distracted by billboards while driving, compared to 40 per cent of women.– 46 per cent of men and 36 per cent of woman admitted to verbally abusing another driver.source HERE
