incipient old age...

...as i turn 36 today, i feel my age in my bones...

i don't recover as quickly from my games of squash...

i don't feel motivated to party all night to celebrate the passing of another year of existence on God's green earth...

i prefer to snuggle up in bed with a book instead of going out on a friday night...

cripes, talk about depressing!
