...ok, so they are not moving out for time being...at least for august/september...the tenants are still hoping to find something in these 2 months to move out by december latest...so am keeping my fingers crossed..
seems our move in will be somewhat later than i hoped for but at least, it will probably be earlier than mar 2010... *hopeful*
