Pasir Gudang that's what...not the R32

was up at PG motor circuit with the MiataSG people and bunch of other friends on saturday morning for their annual track day...

it was the first time that i had brought lexi out for some earnest thrashing...in fact this was the 1st time i had brought her into malaysia, period!nevertheless it was a good time to clear some carbon deposits from the engine...hehehe...

it was a damn fun morning...though i am fairly certain that i will now have to change tyres pretty soon...the hotlapping ate up chunks of rubber off the mid-rib of my left tyres (front and back) and it seems that they would last perhaps another 5 to 8k km at most...it's been a damn long time since i've been to the circuit and i had to relearn all the lines again...the first few laps were spent flip-flopping all over the place like a drunken sailor meandering his way back to the ship...so paiseh

think i might be getting old though...tracking doesn't really do it for me any more...especially when i am tracking with my own car...anything goes wrong (like it did on that day for someone else), and the shit would hit the fan...i don't think i am willing to risk possible damage to her...

let's see how...
