ridiculous! hope he sues their pants off!An Iranian-American student at UCLA was tasered on Tuesday by campus police for failing to provide proper identification during a random security check at the school library.
The shocking incident was caught on videotape and has created quite quite a controversy in the Westwood campus.
Police tasered the student even after he was handcuffed and posed no threat to anyone. According to a study published in the Lancet Medical Journal in 2001, a charge of three to five seconds can result in immobilization for five to 15 minutes, which would mean that Tabatabainejad could have been physically unable to stand when the officers demanded that he do so.
