are we all being fooled by toyota?



the prius, when pushed, reverts to the petrol engine and of course being a smaller engined car, would need to push much harder on the track and at high revs (as opposed to the m3 which can mosey around the track at decidedly lower revs)...which means that it would of course burn more petrol...

the prius only makes sense in urban stop-start traffic where it relies on its electric motor. i'd be interested if they put both cars in the middle of london at peak hours and tested again...reckon the result would be exactly opposite.
