...we've more or less finalised the conceptual designs and gotten the quotes from the contractors (nearly died of fright
).will have to negotiate with them for some reductions and some changes of requirements though. hoping to get it all settled next week and then we wait till after Lunar New Year and it's all systems go...
aiming to get everything done by end march/early april so that we can move it mid-april...*fingers crossed*
