problem is, to replace the fz20 with perhaps the newer fz50 (10mp instead of 5mp) seems a bit silly since the lens is still fairly limited...
so will probably consider the following below - the sony a100, the canon 350d or the nikon d50 (click on the model numbers for full reviews online)...dipping my foot into the dangerous waters of digital SLRs...but i will definitely hold off until at least mid next year though...
should i or should i not? a steep slippery hill to traverse...GULP...

now eos400 liao...just released...about 1600 plus...
i have held the 350D in hand...very uncomfortable as compared to the d50...chassis too small lah...not shiok...
might look closely at the a100 and compared that to the eos400 and the D70...
anyways, not time for a change yet, so can wait, look, check, re-check, reconfirm...next year mah =P
Next year? still got 3 and more months to go. Within, there will be alot of new models coming. So, you can never catch up with technologies.
no need to keep up with the joneses...just need a decent camera that i can use for the next 5 years...
when i say next year, it means from mid 2007 onwards...not now...perhaps by then the prices of the D80 will drop to a more palatable amount...
see how lor...perhaps the eos400 will be more than good enuff for me :)
