teething problems are expected in the first 3 to 6 months i guess but they seem to be happening quite a fair bit later...two major boo-boos in the space of a month of so...one requiring higher intervention in fact...
she says that based on her personality profile, it seems ironic that she has ended up where she is. especially when her outlook is pretty much more of one that is macro-based instead of micro-based which is exactly what the requirement is...someone focussed, detailed and concentrated...
she questions whether she is suited in temperament and whether the skill-sets she has are in fact not so relevant for the role...
i tell her to let Him guide her, to focus more on the details...nothing more i can do to assist, save to be there for her at all times to support her mentally and emotionally...
i wonder whether that's enough...
