Carjacking dude calls 911 on himself
After crashing twice and getting lost, a Florida man suspected of carjacking called 911 to turn himself in.
Police said Claude King smashed in the window of a black SUV Tuesday night, threw the driver to the street and forced the other passengers out. He then drove around for about an hour, during which time he ran into two other vehicles.
King ended up in Palm Springs and eventually called 911 from a pay phone.
Police said he told the dispatcher that he had stolen a car. When asked where the car was, King said "I couldn't even tell you. I don't even know where I'm at."
Police arrested King and took him to the hospital for an injured right hand. He was charged with carjacking and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
