day 5...

we headed out of sounkyo to the lake toya region...

1. the pained smile was a result of 2 deg temperature
2. there was even ice on the wipers of the bus
3. in soukyo itself, we saw the 2 waterfalls - ginga no taki and ryu sei no taki
4. caught taking photos by lil
5. it was so damn cold that i couldn't even lay hand on the metal legs of my tripod...my fingers were also numb!
6. the white stuff is snow...we drove into snow flurries
7. warming up with some coffee
