changing maxine's stoppers

scared the living crap outta myself friday evening in the rain when it seemed as though, at one point, maxine wasn't gonna stop in time and i was about to slam into the back of a container truck...now that certainly was a frickin' eye-opener...

without any delay, on saturday morning woke up bright and early, went in to work early and left early too in order to make it to FONG YAT (mazda stockist) down at serangoon road to buy the necessary stuff to renew my brakes...

  1. front brake rotors
  2. rear brake rotors
  3. front brake pads
  4. rear brake pads

all in, inclusive of labour, i will be forking out around 495 bucks....guess that's a small price to pay for safety... :S

i knew it was getting a bit worn down but in the rain, suddenly really quite dicey...had to exert more force than normal...

hola puddytat...

yes it's cheap @ that...cos i got everything except 1 front rotor from the stockist...significantly cheaper all round than from mazda motors..

front rotor from MM = 73.20 after discount

front rotor from stockist = 55
