it's called XIN WANG HONGKONG CAFE...at heartland mall (kovan area)...compared to the one at the east coast, it's better furnished but does not have that hongkong flavour to the atmosphere...but one crucial thing for me...MUCH BETTER aircon! =)) and best of all, it's open 24 hours so it's great for those who have their mid-night hunger pangs... food's better priced than the east coast one...my main course of fried noodles with black pepper beef was only $7.90...we also had french toast, some dim sum and a big dessert of mango snow (mango puree with shaved ice and mango ice cream...delish! :D overall, a 7-1/2 out of 10...i'd recommend it ;) quite the shiok...
